ARRABBIATA SPINACH RAVIOLI👩🍳😍🌈❤️
This ITALIAN favourite of MINE can be enjoyed FINE w a glass of WINE in Quran-DINE!👩🍳😍🤩😂
ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS YET EASY PEASY TO MAKE!
TRUST ME!😍

SO LETS GET STARTEDDDD💕😍🌈💓
INGREDIENTS
FOR FILLING
Spinach 1/2 cup (chopped)
Cheese 2 cubes
Tofu(Cheena) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 2 tsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Chilly flakes 2 tsp
FOR DOUGH
Flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
MAKING OF DOUGH🤩
Take 1 cup flour in a bowl, add salt & 1tsp turmeric powder.Mix it well!
Add water in 3-4 batches and knead it!
Make sure the dough is not too sticky / loose.
3. Keep kneading the dough thoroughly for good 10-15 mins.
4. Keep the dough in some warm place for 15 mins.
MAKING OF FILLING🌈
Add 1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves, 1/2 cup tofu(cheena), 1.5 cubes grated cheese, salt to taste, 2tsp black pepper, oregano & chilly flakes!
Mix all of them really well and make small balls!
PREPPING UP & COOKING OF RAVIOLI🦋
Cut the dough in 2 half’s.
Roll out very thin sheet of the dough.
Cut out squares of 5x5 inch roughl.
On ONE square tile, add the filling balls and apply water in it’s border.
Take ANOTHER square tile and cover the above square tile with it.
Seal the edges with a fork.
And repeat the process to get as many raviolis.
Take a big tumbler and add water and SALT and boil it.
In the boiling water add the raviolis. Let it cook.
Watch out the raviolis. Don’t over boil it as the raviolis might burst open and filling can be all over the container.
3. Cool the raviolis for 10-15 mins.
Toss the Raviolis in a pan with your favourite sauce like Arrabbiata (read sauce), or white sauce just like you do it for any other pasta dish! 😘😍
