ICE CREAM SANDWICH
BIKI MAX🥰😍💕🌈🌸
All 90 kids would know that this ice cream was all hearts💕Here’s a very amateur attempt to try them! Tbh it did not exactly taste like Biki max, but was AMAZE otherwise😍
Trust me you gotta try them😍🌈🌸🥰💕
INGREDIENTS 💕
FLOUR 1 cup
COCO POWDER 1/4 cup
SUGAR🧂 1/3 cup
BUTTER🧈 1 slab
VANILLA ESSENCE💕 1 tsp
MILK🥛 3 tbsp
ICECREAM 🍦 as required
RECIPE🤩🦋🌸
Take butter Slab, cut it into half!
Dice the butter!
Add 1/3 cup sugar to butter and mix.
Take 1 cup flour in a bowl and add 1/4 cup coco powder and mix!
Add dry ingredients into butter mix.
Add 3 tbsp milk into the mixture.
Add 1tsp vanilla essence, and half melted butter into the mixture.
Mix them well!
Take the dough, knead them well and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Take a parchment paper of the biscuits measurement.
Place it over the dough and cut it out with the help of pizza cutter.
Make holes with the help of fork.
Bake it for 8-10 mins at 250C.
Add icecream as shown in video and freeze it for 3-4hr. Make sure that you add at least an inch thick layer of ice cream.
Your ice cream sandwich is ready🌈
