MANGO WRAP-AROUND SANDESH🥰🌈🌸🥭😘😍

Summer means Mangoes 🥭! Finally the favourit fruit of the season is here 🥰

Lets have some fun with the king 👑 fruit this quarantine 💕




Here’s to a QUICK and EASY recipe 🥰😍🌈🌸💕

INGREDIENTS

  • Chenna 200 gram

  • Mango 1

  • Sugar (powdered) 6 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Mithai mate 1tbsp

  • Vanilla essence 4-5 drops

  • Silver foil for garnishing

  • Pistachio (finely chopped)   for garnishing





Recipe😍❤️

  1. Wash and peel the mango.

  2. Cut thin slices of mango lengthwise and keep over a plate.

  3. Then take the chenna in a plate and mash it with heels of the hand till it becomes soft & you start feeling the oil in the palm.

  4. Then stop mashing and add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and vanilla essence, mithai mate. Mix well.

  5. Make small balls from the soft dough, give 2-2.5 inch circular shape.

  6. Now take one mango slice, place one mango sandesh on the center and roll gently so that the mango slice cover the sandesh.

  7. Similarly roll all the sandeshes.

  8. Sprinkle some finely chopped pistachios and silver foil on the top of each stuffed mango sandesh.

  9. Keep refrigerated for 30 mins until ready to serve !!

P.S. Sweetness is as desired. You can increase sugar if not using mithai mate! Or increase/decrease sugar as per your sweetness level🥰
