Cheesy Paneer tikka šā¤ļøšāļøšø
Who doesnāt crave a gooddddd paneer tikka in these lockdown timesss? Well I definitely do, with some red wine on a Saturday night š·ā¤

INGREDIENTS
FOR MARINATION -:
Paneer 250 gms
Mustard OIL 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Gram flour 4tbsp
Thick curd 1 cup
Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Ground cumin 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Onion (big; diced) 2
Capsicum (big;diced) 2
Oil 2 tbsp
FOR PRESENTATION & COOKING-:
Disposable Tikka sticks 8-10 sticks
OIL 2 tbsp
Processed Cheese 2 cubes
Oreganos 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes 1/2 tbsp
Letās make the marinade! š©āš³ššā¤ļø
Making of the Marinade-
Take 4 tbsp of Gram flour and roast it for 2-4 mins on medium flame.
Add 1 cup curd in a bowl. Make sure you drain all the excess water out from the curd And then add roasted gram flour.
Add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger & Garlic
Add 1tsp of turmeric & red chilly powder
Add 1/2 tsp of ground cumin (zeera powder) & garam masala
Add 4tbsp of mustard oil. You can also add 1tsp of mango pickle oil.
Mix it well!š
Add cubes Paneer slices.
Add diced onion and capsicum.
Make sure that every paneer slice is cover with the marrinade!šš
Let it marinate for 30-40 mins.šā¤ļøš©āš³š¤©
Presentation and cooking of the dish-:
Take the tikka sticks and soak it in water for 10 mins at least.
Now, take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. At this stage you can also add green chilly, and garlic (sautƩ it with oil) and then add the paneer.
Add the Paneer slices , onion and capsicum and cook it well till it turn golden brown
Now take the tikka sticks and alternate capsicum, onion, and Paneer tikka cubes.
Again, cook it in the pan for 5-10 mins.
Voila, your Paneer tikka is Readyš
Grate cheese and serve it fresh with green mint chutney š„°šā¤ļø
