Cheesy Paneer tikka šŸ’•ā¤ļøšŸ˜ā˜€ļøšŸŒø


Who doesn’t crave a gooddddd paneer tikka in these lockdown timesss? Well I definitely do, with some red wine on a Saturday night šŸ·ā¤

Let’s get started🄰



INGREDIENTS

  • FOR MARINATION -:

  1. Paneer 250 gms

  2. Mustard OIL 4 tbsp

  3. Salt to taste

  4. Gram flour 4tbsp

  5. Thick curd 1 cup

  6. Chopped Ginger 1 tsp

  7. Chopped Garlic 1 tsp

  8. Turmeric 1 tsp

  9. Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  10. Ground cumin 1/2 tsp

  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  12. Onion (big; diced) 2

  13. Capsicum (big;diced) 2

  14. Oil 2 tbsp


  • FOR PRESENTATION & COOKING-:

  1. Disposable Tikka sticks 8-10 sticks

  2. OIL 2 tbsp

  3. Processed Cheese 2 cubes

  4. Oreganos 1 tbsp

  5. Chilly flakes 1/2 tbsp


Let’s make the marinade! šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³šŸ˜šŸ’•ā¤ļø



Making of the Marinade-

  • Take 4 tbsp of Gram flour and roast it for 2-4 mins on medium flame.



  • Add 1 cup curd in a bowl. Make sure you drain all the excess water out from the curd And then add roasted gram flour.

  • Add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger & Garlic

  • Add 1tsp of turmeric & red chilly powder

  • Add 1/2 tsp of ground cumin (zeera powder) & garam masala

  • Add 4tbsp of mustard oil. You can also add 1tsp of mango pickle oil.



Mix it well!šŸ˜‰

  • Add cubes Paneer slices.


  • Add diced onion and capsicum.


Make sure that every paneer slice is cover with the marrinade!šŸ’•šŸ˜




Let it marinate for 30-40 mins.šŸ’•ā¤ļøšŸ‘©ā€šŸ³šŸ¤©

Presentation and cooking of the dish-:

  • Take the tikka sticks and soak it in water for 10 mins at least.

  • Now, take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil. At this stage you can also add green chilly, and garlic (sautĆ© it with oil) and then add the paneer.

  • Add the Paneer slices , onion and capsicum and cook it well till it turn golden brown

  • Now take the tikka sticks and alternate capsicum, onion, and Paneer tikka cubes.

  • Again, cook it in the pan for 5-10 mins.




Voila, your Paneer tikka is Ready😃





  • Grate cheese and serve it fresh with green mint chutney šŸ„°šŸ˜ā¤ļø
